Hi Karen,

I am very glad to see that you are home and on the mend. We miss you at dance, but don't worry, we will get you all caught up when you come back. We are praying for a quick recovery for you. Happy Holidays and God bless!!

Karen, I am glad to hear that you are on the road to recovery, slowly but surely! Hang in there. We miss you at dance! I am sure our gift exchange won't be the same without you steeling all the good gifts this year! Hahaha! Wishing you the best this holiday season. God Bless.

thnx Cande, I also wish someone could give me sleep. It seems to be the 1 main prayer I'm not receiving answered.
This is my FIRST time to my 'website' & I am overwhelmed by it all and all the emails. My first thot was, if you hang on I MAY be able to find a FATTER picture of me!! :-)

Each morning when I wake up, I think of you, Karen, and wonder if you've gotten any sleep, and then wish I could pass on my sleep to you! I am thinking and praying throughout the day, and appreciate all the updates so that we know what exactly we can be praying for each day.

Cinnamon...1/2 teaspoon daily for ...no more than that... or cinnamon capsules for reducing sugar levels..it helps...Honest.....
Also...Agave..............it is a natural sugar ...no funny taste. Looks like honey..Will not spike your sugar if you do have to have something sweet in tea or whatever...Put cinnamon in green tea...I heated low fat cottage cheese and sprinkled cinn on it with a few pecan...tasted like a cinn roll...
Honest Cinnamon..not sure that is spelled correctly.
